Our solid know-how enables us to support the customer in this respect as well: on the basis of detailed information on the type of application, the type of machining and the material to be machined, we quickly develop the most suitable and high-performance solution.
Tool sharpening
Our duty to those who rely on us is not only the supply of the most suitable product for their specific needs but also the sharpening service of all PCD, HW and HSS tool groups, both made by us and by other manufacturers.
GThanks to advanced measuring instruments, we are able to quickly check the tool, giving the customer a complete overview of what actions are required to restore it. This direct line to the customer allows us to avoid mistakes and to be faster and more efficient in processing requests.
Customised packaging
We can customise the tools by laser marking customer’s data and logos for better product management. Upon viability, we can also personalise the packaging with customised labels or boxes.
